If you are interested in having your child's name placed on a waiting list, please email the child's name, date of birth, gender and preferred practice night to:

If your child is accepted into the program then a $15.00 Late Fee will be applied in addition to program registration fees.

| Please do not park on the gravel driveways adjacent to the fields at either at Eno Valley or Hillandale - cars parked in either site will be towed. |

Practices hampered by inclement weather are cancelled by coaches, so you will get a call or email from them; game days are cancelled by the HSA board. The cancellation of a game day will be posted on the home page of this website on hour prior to the first game.
Practices and games will be cancelled immediately in the event of thunder or lightning. |

All parents are responsible for their children's and their behavior. We have asked coaches to sit any kids who are being disruptive and allow the parents to address those concerns.
HSA is not a dependent care organization -- children are not to be dropped off at the field unless parents have made arrangements with another parent to watch them, and the coach is informed.
Please refrain from touching a child that is not yours in anger or rebuke. If a child needs to be addressed about his or her behavior, please refer the matter to that child's coach. |

| View Age Groups |
| All children are given the option of playing "up" an age group, that is, playing in the age group older than the one they qualify for, either because they wish to play with friends in that group or because they have skills superior to their age group. However, NO child will be allowed to play "down" an age group in soccer, for safety reasons. In baseball, in very limited cases approved by the board president, the baseball commissioner and coaches, a child will be allowed to play "down."

Requests for a refund must be in writing and include the name of the participant and the reason for the refund. All refunds are subject to a $10.00 processing fee plus any incurred costs by the league (i.e. uniforms, trophies, insurance, etc).
No refunds will be given after the first scheduled practice.
In the event no parent on a given team steps up to coach the team, the team will be disbanded and we will do everything we can to place the child on another team. If the child cannot be placed all registration fees will be refunded.
HSA Board of Directors reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the merit of each refund request. Refunds will be issued no later than thirty days (30) after the request for refund has been approved by the Board of Directors.

Occasionally, we will keep registration open beyond the posted deadline. Children may be registered at this time, but will be charged a $15 late fee at registration.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us, and to provide athletic programs. We may share your contact information with our coaches.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about registration periods, our partners, or to communicate about your family's specific registration.

- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
